Why We Gain Weight And How to Lose It

The reason we gain weight is quite simple. How to correct it is another matter. This is how it works: When we eat carbohydrates and by carbohydrates, I mean, anything made from flour, bread, grains, pasta, potatoes, rice, milk, cereal, cakes, pie, candy, sugar, fruit juice, beer, soda and especially soda with high fructose corn syrup.
